Soy Sub County is one of the administrative units in Uasin- Gishu County.It is located in the North East of Eldoret town. The headquarters of Soy Sub County is Ziwa Township. It is located along Eldoret- Kachibora Road and it is about 35 KM from Eldoret town.The head of the Sub County is the Sub County Administrator.(SCA)The SCA for Soy is Mr. Philip Barno who is the head of all the devolved functions.Soy Sub County has seven wards.
