MANDAGO RECEIVES NEW COUNTY COMMISSIONER

Governor Jackson Mandago EGH on Thursday said the partnership between his administration and national government on implementation of the project has been fruitful.

Speaking when he bid farewell to outgoing County Commissioner Abdirisak Jaldesa at his office, Mandago said as a county they decided to partner and work with the National government in implementing various projects which have been successful.

Through collaboration, we have seen the fruits in various projects. All the projects either national or county, they serve the public,” he noted.

Mandago welcomed the incoming County Commissioner and pledged that they will work together.

He also applauded the outgoing County Commissioner for the support he offered during his tenure.

Wish you well, we have worked very well with you. I appreciate and wish you well as you head to Kisii,” Mandago told Jaldesa.

On his part, the incoming County Commissioner Steven Kiara said “am happy for the good reception. We will work together cohesively. I assure you of my unwavering support .”

Deputy Governor Daniel Chemno, CEM Eng. Gideon Birir (Roads), Barnabas Tarus (Devolution), County Secretary Edwin Bett and County Attorney Stephen Lel were also in attendance.
