H.E Governor Jackson Mandago on Wednesday traversed the expansive Tembelio Ward, commissioning several projects.
The County Chief had his itinery dedicated to the ward, which borders Elgeyo Marakwet to the East of Eldoret town.
The Governor launched dips,opened County-funded ECDE units and held public forums across the ward.
As usual, the Governor was up early. At 6:40am on Wednesday, the County chief had opened the Kapkei Cattle Dip.
He also participated in dipping of cows,pictures accompanying this editorial affirm how this leader is a dedicated servant.
After a public baraza,the County head gave out free acaricide for six other cattle dips in the ward. The County has renovated existing and established new cattle dips in every village.
Upon commissioning, every dip is given free acaricide supplies that will last them a year, the supplies bringing down the price of dipping a herd to Ksh 10 down from Ksh 30.
The commissioning of the Tuiyobei ECDE classroom was also in the tight itinery. The county funded the project at a cost of Ksh 500,000.
