We have enough water for the AEZ Industrial Park, The County Government of Uasin Gishu has affirmed.
This follows an establishment made on Monday morning when four of the County executive Committee members toured water facilities surrounding the Industrial park to assess the availability of water to be used at the park as soon as the construction of the factories start and for the use during the continuous functioning of the industries.
Accompanied by DL Group Manager Mr. Renaldo and AEZ Site manager, CECs Dr. Emily Kogos (ICT, Trade, Industrialization and ICT), Mary Njogu (Water and Environment), Eng. As the park is a special Zone, Eng. Nelson Maritim said that his department will ensure that the areas surrounding the park are well planned and given special planning that will favour the industrial processes. His Roads Counterpart Eng.
