President calls for peace as Mark Too is laid to rest

A peacemaker, a large hearted man,always happy with great wisdom and a raft of many positive traits…

These were the attributes that pegged along with the name of the former nominated MP Mark Too as he was buried Monday at his Maziwa Farm in Kapseret, Uasin Gishu County.

H.E’s President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto, governors, senators,MPs and hundreds of government officials attended the burial of Hon Too, who also served as an Assistant Minister during President Daniel Moi’s era.

The late Hon Too sometime in 1997 gave out his nominated MP’s position for H.E Uhuru Kenyatta who was making his political debut.

Political leaders took to the stage to assure the country that the forthcoming general elections will be free, fair peaceful.
